About Us

The Community of Interprofessional Practice for people with Dementia (CIP-D) project has developed a professional education model with online learning modules to help upskill graduate health professionals working in the area of dementia care and the management of behavioural and psychological symptoms of dementia (BPSD).  The online learning modules and other resources included within this website may also be of interest to anyone interested in knowing more about dementia and BPSD.

The overarching goal of the CIP-D project is to facilitate graduate-level, interprofessional training in the implementation of evidence-based, coordinated multidisciplinary management strategies for people displaying BPSD. It aims to do this via providing online learning modules, resources, and a discussion forum to encourage networking and support among people working with people with dementia.
